This photo shows the Kootenay Rockies village of Kaslo B.C., Kootenay Lake, and the Purcell Mountains from the Wardner Trail Viewpoint, a moderate twenty-minute hike behind the house.
Our handbuilt timber-roofed house is unique, and has what we call a “Northern Southwest” style. Vehicles are parked a short distance away to maintain privacy, and stone pathways lead from the parking area through the trees and gardens to the front door.
